Incredibly prompt and efficient. Everyone I communicated with was friendly and even more considerate. The technicians were in my home and working within 40 minutes of my phone call. Every detail was documented and easy to upload for my insurance claim. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I’m grateful they were recommended to me.

Steam Police cleaned our duct work. Dave had his work cut out for him. Who knows if the ducts were ever cleaned in this mid century ranch. The before and after pictures are unreal. This is the second time in the last seven months that I have used The Steam Police. The communication and service are excellent, it was also nice to have John return to perform the service. I prefer consistency in service, plus he cares about his work. Highly recommend.

John from Steam Police saved us by coming and helping with flooding that we had the night before Thanksgiving. He was very calming when I was anxious about any damage and he reassured me that he would make sure everything dried properly. We were lucky enough to get him again when we got the cleaning done a few weeks later. We will go with Steam Police again just based on how great he is!

The tile floor looks next to what it did after is was new.

I moved to my new home and I had tried cleaning the carpet with the vacuums at HD, the water came out really dark so I thought it was good. However, the home smelled and my dog had puked on the carpet. I gave them authorization to spot clean if needed and deodorize if needed. I wanted my carpet cleaned before getting my sofa and they were able to accommodate me the next day after calling, I was able to get the Sofa the next day and I am so Happy and grateful to the lady that answered the call!!! Caleb did a great job, spot cleaning was not needed because he was able to remove anything with just the regular service. He showed me a picture and you could tell the difference. I chose to deodorize as my preference but that was not needed as it did not really smell afterwards. Let me tell you how my living room smells so nice, I actually enjoy now being there and the carpet feels so clean.

Steam Police did a great job with restoring my wet basement due to a sump pump break. They arrived incredibly fast, on a Sunday morning, no less, and were communicative, careful, and excellent guides about how this process works, especially when it came to an insurance claim. Their prices are fair and they know exactly how to deal with insurance companies. I also appreciated how patient they were during that process. I would recommend them to anyone!

It isn’t often that a company far exceeds your expectations these days, however The Steam Police has done just that. Upon learning the devastating news that we had water damage, and mold, we hired them to address the damage, and remediate the mold. Two highly competent technicians (Gage and John) arrived on-time and worked diligently to resolve our issues. They were both extremely thorough, personable, courteous, and professional! John with the Steam Police went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable. Did a full walk through pre cleaning examination of our carpets. Asked if we had pets, areas of concern and if we had any questions about the carpet cleaning. He performed the pre-spray solution application and dwell time perfectly. He took his time with each pass of the carpet cleaning wand in high traffic areas. He wore his booties to protect the carpet while applying and raking in the carpet protectant post cleaning. All in all John was amazing. Would highly recommend the Steam Police to come into your home or area of business to help clean all your grimey issues!

I hired the Steam Police when I sold my house to shampoo the basement carpet which was a white burbur and was very soiled. They did a great job and got it looking nearly new again. A couple days later there was some dark soiled spots appearing from wicking and they didn't hesitate to come back out and clean it again. The crew was too notch and very professional. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning service needs. They are the best!

Caleb was very professional and pleasant , the carpet looks clean , we will know for sure after it dries. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried . About 30-40% of the pre clean stains are still on the carpet. Steam police said some stains do not come out without an extra service of “ spotting” . They did offer to reclean the carpet for free. I find it takes a full 48 hours until I find carpet it completely dry. It had already been 3 days , and I needed to move all the living and dining room furniture back into those rooms, so we had room to move in the rest of the house. The steam police were very nice, but I will be going back to my previous carpet cleaning company.

Repeat customer over here! The steam police came and cleaned + applied protectant to my sectional as well as cleaned a set of carpeted stairs for me. There was a tough stain (spilled ranch) on the stairs and John was able to work his magic to get it clean! 10/10 - highly recommend!
