I look forward to having this service done every few months! My house smells and looks beautiful when I get all my area rugs cleaned! I don’t have to wait weeks for them to come when I call, and it is so worth the money!

We had an evening kiddo mishap that left a pretty ugly looking stain on brand new carpet. I reached out to Steam Police the next morning and they were at our house by noon to address it. We are super happy with how much better the carpet looks and the pricing was extremely fair. John was fantastic and very transparent as he worked to address the issue. Our 2 man crew was on time and outstanding. Thru we're at our house for a vent cleaning and to steam clean 2 rugs. The before and after pictures of thr vents were eye opening. We already notice the difference in the air quality. The area rugs that were steam cleaned look like brand new. Thank you for an excellent job!

I can't praise them enough!! They did an AMAZING job on my basement "playroom" carpet that has taken a beating over the years and now it looks brand new! They also did duct cleaning and we couldn't be happier! Well worth both services! Both employees were so nice and respectful! Thanks again for everything!

I would highly recommend Steam Police! The office staff was very nice and professional and returned my call quickly and I received my estimate and a date to complete the job within minutes! On the day of my scheduled appointment I received a text to let me know the technician was on the way. John from Steam Police arrived on time, and was very polite and professional! I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

Had whole house furnace air duct system cleaned. Steam Police did a great job. Gave our service provider was polite, knowledgeable and neat. Work was done in a reasonable time and Gage was very thorough. Would highly recommend them for this service.

Gage was VERY thorough with the rugs and the couch. All of them smell fresh again!

We've used Steam Police in the past for carpet cleaning with excellent results and value. This was the first time we've needed them for water remediation. A broken pipe flooded our kitchen and basement. Steam Police came quickly and acted in a professional manner, fixing the problem. We trust them to do a good job, and will call them if we have future needs.

This is my second time calling Steam Police, and once again, bang up job! The last time I used them just for a couple pieces of furniture. This time, furniture and carpeting throughout the house, including my stairs. Courteous and professional and a really great job! I’ve recommended them to others and I will definitely call again when I need them!

Gage was so professional and arrived right on time! The process of being able to book thru text and then have continuous updates on arrival, who is coming to my house and completion of the cleaning sent right to my phone is the absolute best. They essentially took all of the stress out of the process and made it so incredibly easy. Extremely impressed with Gage & Steam Police. We have 3 little kids and a large black lab and the carpets haven’t been cleaned in 6 years 😬. Our carpets look brand new and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I’ll absolutely be booking again and recommending them to everyone.

Had the absolute best experience! Our carpets look incredible and John was awesome. I didn’t think it was even possible to clean our family room carpet to this extent; we’d resigned ourselves to likely needing to replace it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Had some very tough carpet stains that I was attempted to just replace the carpet. However The Steam Police was way more economical ($325 vs $3k). John T was the guy who did the work and he was way more optimistic than I was on how it was going to look. Turns out he was right the carpet looks great now.

The Steam Police did an amazing job on our air duct cleaning. I got a text when the technician was in route and he was right on time for the appointment. John, our technician was great. He explained every step of the process and got right to work. He spent a great deal of time making sure everything was done right and gave us updates throughout. He was considerate of the fact that we work from home and was very professional in making sure the process caused the least amount of interruptions/distractions for us. John went above and beyond, helping to resolve a connection issue with our dryer vent (when he was cleaning it). I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and level of service provided to us and would highly recommend The Steam Police for any air duct, carpet, upholstery or any other cleaning services they provide.
