I had an unfortunate incident where a good beloved friend of ours had puked on our couch. We didn't realize this till weeks later, and I completely panicked. I've never had to use a professional cleaner and I had no idea who to choose. Luckily, Google steered me in the right direction. I have never heard of these guys, but with all these good reviews I figured this would be the best place to try. I was a little nervous calling, but the owner Tony was super friendly, professional, and just made me feel so at ease. The guy Matt that came explained the process quite well and..... End result??? A couch I can FINALLY sit on that doesn't reek! In fact, it smells WONDERFUL. So, being a first time client of The Steam Police was a wonderful one. Hopefully I don't have anymore accidents, but if I did, you bet I would go see Tony at The Steam Police. Thank you so much!
