Great experience. Sent in an online inquiry and they called me within an hour and they were able to schedule me within a few days. Received a text reminder of my appointment and another text when the technician was on his way. This text included his name and his photo. The technician John was great, very polite and very thorough- everything came out great.

Well I was skeptical at first but I gave it a try. We have two young dogs who’ve made several “markings” on the carpets being new dogs and we tried to clean it with items recommended from the internet but had little to no luck. We called the steam police as a last hope before pulling all the carpet up due to the smell. I’m happy to say they did an amazing job! Their spot cleaning we excellent on the areas that had stains from urine and a mixture of items we tried ourselves. The spots are gone, the smell is gone and it feels good knowing we can have people back over without worrying about the smell of dog pee upstairs and in my office. Our cleaner was a very helpful young man who took the time to do the job right, which isn’t normal these days. Thanks for the amazing job! Stream police for the win!

They took care of a very sensitive clean up involving the death of a loved one. The care and professional way they handled everything was amazing. Steam police took care of everything including insurance claims. I highly recommend them. Great company!!!!

John was great! He arrived on time and was very thorough. He spent time after reviewing before and after pictures and even gave us a spot cleaner to keep.

Kara and her team removed residual pet odor and smells from rental property vents. The last project her team completed was a mold removal throughout the grout lines in 4x4 tiles allowing our team to come in and refinishing the tiles to new. The steam police gave us a clean surface allowing us to do what we do best.

Technician showed up on time, explained what he was going to do. He cleaned the tile and grout in our 2 bathrooms in our apartment. Ask for John , has a great attitude and is very professional.

***Update 05/23/2025*** Dave arrived within the time frame agreed upon and presented himself in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer and and all quotations I had. He got to work and did so in a very efficient and methodical way. That carpets came out great!!! Thank you! Thank you Dave. You represented The Steam Police exactly how I expected. ****Update 04/19/2024**** John arrived early (early is on time in my world), greeted me with a smile, and ready to work. He did a fantastic job explaining the process and asked if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. He took care not to damage any of my property and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. Thank you John, and Tony, for providing me with another great experience with The Steam Police!!!! 2022 I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the operation and employees. From the initial appointment scheduling, all of the appointment reminders, the service technician's professionalism while in my home, and overall communication from the company. Matt arrived early, and early is on time in my book, introduced himself and proceeded to explain the cleaning process to me so I understood everything that was going to take place. He answered any and all questions I had and got to work. I was impressed with the attention to detail he took to ensure my home wasn't damaged by their process (those corner guards are pretty slick) and his efficient approach to the job. I can’t speak to the actual cleaning service as we had to cancel last minute, but they were really great to coordinate and schedule with, very responsive and quick to answer questions, provide quotes, etc. Based on their level of professionalism I would definitely use them in the future should a need arise.

Tony and the Team were over in record time after our plumbing accident. They were thorough, yet conservative in their clean up work and we are left with no doubt their efforts saved us from much headache.

Great service, fantastic "get it done" attitude, and excellent communication. We had a sump pump failure on a Saturday morning. Tony was there before the plumber was finished that Saturday morning. He took thermal and traditional pictures, documented the issues, and provided an estimate so thorough that once the insurance company saw it, they canceled the adjuster visit and just paid the claim.

Incredibly superior, professional, friendly service. The owner arrived within1hour of my service call, assessed the situation and provided me with a detailed estimate. They started work immediately and continued until job was complete explaining each step in detail as the job progressed. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend The Steam Police; from water damage/water mitigation to carpet/floor cleaning! We were away on vacation and came home at 9 o’clock on a Friday night, to no heat and over 3 feet of water in my basement from a broken valve. I called and Tony at Steam Police picked up immmediately. I discussed my issue and he offered to come over and shut off the water and gas for me that night, but I shut it off already. Tony scheduled to come over the next morning(on a Saturday!!). He assessed the issue while 2 additional Steam Police trucks and crew came over to start pumping the basement out, along with the fire department which Tony was able to have them bring over another pump. While waiting for the water to be pumped out. He scheduled to have a whole house portable heat forced air unit set up to get heat into the house to start drying it, to avoid mold issues. Gage from Steam police was also taking pictures and documenting all the damage to the basement and personal items while they were pumping the basement. Tony also scheduled to have a dumpster (5 in total were needed) and storage container delivered to the house that day! Kara (the sweetest woman) from Steam Police called me to see what I might need and knowing I had no furnace and water heater now, referred two great companies to complete the furnace and water heater, which were installed quicker than anyone I was able to find. Gage, Jonathan and the rest of the guys were great with throwing out damaged items but also taking the time to go through items carefully and speak to us regarding any items that were personal, to save and clean/dry them. They were worked quick and carefully. They would work around our schedule and be there as early as needed and stay as long as needed everyday. Gage was amazing running the job and to have Tony stopping in everyday overseeing it and giving me suggestions was helpful. I was also in constant communication with Kara at Steam Police walking me through the steps in the process. It was a HUGE stress reliever to not feel alone going through this ordeal. Once the basement was dry, they vacuumed/cleaned the ducts in the house. Gage acid washed the basement floor, and Jonathan steam cleaned the floors, carpets in the house along with a sofa. They had a Persian rug cleaned for us along with cleaning our cushions for our outdoor furniture that we store in the basement in the winter that was stained from the flooding. I know it is a long post, but Kara and Tony at the Steam Police were Phenomenal!! Usually when you read reviews/posts it’s about poor workmanship and/or company personnel, it’s nice to experience and write about a great experience. I highly recommend them. I didn’t know they offered all the services I needed done. I thought I would need to bring in additional companies. Steam police arrived to my flooded basement, and quickly and carefully took care of removing carpet and the dry-out process. Their service technicians were absolutely wonderful; they were professional, knowledgeable of what was needed, and got straight to work. They kept me informed every step of the way. They left my basement as clean as could be after the incident. I highly recommend them!
