I had an unfortunate incident where a good beloved friend of ours had puked on our couch. We didn't realize this till weeks later, and I completely panicked. I've never had to use a professional cleaner and I had no idea who to choose. Luckily, Google steered me in the right direction. I have never heard of these guys, but with all these good reviews I figured this would be the best place to try. I was a little nervous calling, but the owner Tony was super friendly, professional, and just made me feel so at ease. The guy Matt that came explained the process quite well and..... End result??? A couch I can FINALLY sit on that doesn't reek! In fact, it smells WONDERFUL. So, being a first time client of The Steam Police was a wonderful one. Hopefully I don't have anymore accidents, but if I did, you bet I would go see Tony at The Steam Police. Thank you so much!

We have a large sectional couch and ottoman that we've owned for roughly a year to a year and a half. It's been beaten up pretty severely with 2 young boys (age 2 and 4) and 2 dogs. Between urine, vomit, formula/milk, wine, juice, etc, the stains and smell we're unbearable. We were on the verge of tossing it and getting a new one, however, we decided to get the couch cleaned in one last ditch effort before throwing in the towel. Much to my surprise, Matt from The Steam Police did an excellent job cleaning the couch and ottoman! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and even provided recommendations on how to get the couch and ottoman dried quickly. It took less than 4 hours for everything to be dry which was amazing! He also gave us recommendations on how we could clean the couch in-between visits and said to contact him if the pet smells did not go away. Once everything was dry, the "dog" smell was still very present. When I contacted Matt to let him know, he was very prompt with coming back out to the house and doing a different treatment process to get the best result possible. I am very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend this company to anyone. You won't regret it!

Hired the Steam Police to clean carpeting in three rooms plus carper and upholstery in our 27' RV. They were timely and did an excellent job. Everything is clean and much brighter! Professional and friendly, I Highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Steam Police! My husband works outdoors, I have a baby and a cat, and each of them has really done a number on our white carpets. So I booked a Steam Police appointment online, which is so convenient. Their pricing structure is clear and reasonable. When you book the appointment, you choose a two-hour window in which the technician will show up. They texted me a reminder and then texted me the name of the technician when he was on his way. Matt was the technician that did our carpets. As soon as he walked in the door, I knew that he was professional, trustworthy and friendly. He was no teenager making minimum wage (not that there’s anything wrong with that, we were all teenagers once!) He was an adult, trained, experienced, and courteous. He spent some time diagnosing the stains on the carpets so he’d know how to best treat them. He was thorough and careful with the cleaning. Later that day, my husband said that it “looks like we got new carpets.” Our carpets look SO MUCH BETTER! And they weren’t sopping wet like they were when I tried to clean them myself (never doing that again!) They were almost completely dry by morning. Later that day, I received an email from Steam Police explaining how to keep my carpets looking great. It was a nice touch. In summary, choose the Steam Police. They are a fantastic company and I would definitely choose them again.

The gentlemen who came to clean my carpets were professional, friendly and polite. They provided useful information, were thorough and asked if there was anything else they could do prior to leaving. The carpets looked new once they were finished. Very satisfied with the company!

I called Sears to have my carpets cleaned. They arrived promptly and were professional. The carpet was cleaned little better than my home extractor. I called the Steam Police. Tony explained the process, the young men showed up and cleaned the room and mattress to perfection. I have terrible allergies...slept like a kitten that night!! Thanks Steam Police.

What a great experience from start to finish! I called to have some rooms and steps steam cleaned - spoke with Tony and he was able to give an accurate estimate and schedule an appointment. Several appointment reminders were helpful for knowing how to prepare the area to be cleaned, plus they showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Professional, pleasant to talk with, and they did a great job making my carpets look like new. Definitely recommend!
