From start to finish it was a great experience! Set up everything online. I was notified when my service technician (Matt) was on his way. He was great to work with and after reviewing the our carpets, adjusted the SOW accordingly. He recommended some solutions with no pressure for us to include in our job. He worked quickly and efficiently and our carpets look great! Definitely recommend for carpet cleaning especially if you have pets!

Before he started he explained everything he would do, walked around to look at any stains and then got to work. The carpets turned out great! Matt was very informative and professional. Gage was a professional and pleasant young man who took the time to ask questions and explain what he was doing and then walked through again once the job was completed. The Steam Police just left my house. They cleaned my ceramic tile in the kitchen/dining area. I’m almost embarrassed at how clean it came! The difference is AMAZING. They showed up on time, were friendly and courteous. They certainly are masters at tile as well as carpet and restoration. We highly recommend The Steam Police for any cleaning, restoration, mitigation or remediation work! We had a water issue and Tony, the owner, was so helpful from the start. We called on a Saturday and he was happy to take the call and was out on Monday to see the damage. Tony got right to work. By the end of the week he had an environmental company out testing for asbestos, which we tested positive for. By the middle of the following week, Tony had an asbestos abatement company out to remove the asbestos. Once that work was done, Tony had his operations manager, Gage, come out the same day to do the remaining demo work and setup commercial grade air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. Within about two weeks all the work was completed! The Steam Police works fast and are very reliable. Tony keeps you posted every step of the process. The whole team is very respectful and provides great service! We will continue to use them in the future if we ever need any of their services again!

The Steam Police is a wonderful family owned business. They have cleaned carpeting, tile/grout and couch/loveseat in my house. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, on time and priced right! I would highly recommend you give them a try!

The technician arrived at the beginning of the two hour window which was much appreciated. i had a relatively simple job - stairs, hallway, three rooms. I had already moved most of the furniture out of the way as well. The entire job took about an hour from start to finish and the carpets look great. I paid for additional power scrubbing to remove dog hair - well worth it! I am very happy with the service provided and it was a good value. My only critique is the carpets are a little wetter than I anticipated but within reason. I expect them to be dry in 10-12 hours. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience with The Steam Police. The online scheduling system is really nice and once you schedule a cleaning you receive follow-up emails and text reminders about your appointment. The day of the cleaning I received a text notifying me they would arrive shortly. Gage arrived on time, was extremely professional and polite and did a great job cleaning our carpets. They offer additional services but do not push you to use them. Overall just a great experience and one of the best companies I've used in general when it comes to scheduling, professionalism and timeliness. Couldn't recommend them more.

Anthony did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet including removing a tar spot. He was polite, friendly, and thorough in explaining the process. He called ahead and arrived at the time he promised. He was careful about covering his shoes each time he entered the house. I would highly recommend Anthony and the Steam Police company.

I HIGHLY recommend Steam Police! Gage did a great job on my rug getting out stains that I was never able to remove on my own. They removed all traces of the stain and now the whole rug looks great.
