John with the Steam Police went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable. Did a full walk through pre cleaning examination of our carpets. Asked if we had pets, areas of concern and if we had any questions about the carpet cleaning. He performed the pre-spray solution application and dwell time perfectly. He took his time with each pass of the carpet cleaning wand in high traffic areas. He wore his booties to protect the carpet while applying and raking in the carpet protectant post cleaning. All in all John was amazing. Would highly recommend the Steam Police to come into your home or area of business to help clean all your grimey issues!
