I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Steam Police!
My husband works outdoors, I have a baby and a cat, and each of them has really done a number on our white carpets. So I booked a Steam Police appointment online, which is so convenient. Their pricing structure is clear and reasonable. When you book the appointment, you choose a two-hour window in which the technician will show up. They texted me a reminder and then texted me the name of the technician when he was on his way.
Matt was the technician that did our carpets. As soon as he walked in the door, I knew that he was professional, trustworthy and friendly. He was no teenager making minimum wage (not that there’s anything wrong with that, we were all teenagers once!) He was an adult, trained, experienced, and courteous. He spent some time diagnosing the stains on the carpets so he’d know how to best treat them. He was thorough and careful with the cleaning.
Later that day, my husband said that it “looks like we got new carpets.” Our carpets look SO MUCH BETTER! And they weren’t sopping wet like they were when I tried to clean them myself (never doing that again!) They were almost completely dry by morning.
Later that day, I received an email from Steam Police explaining how to keep my carpets looking great. It was a nice touch.
In summary, choose the Steam Police. They are a fantastic company and I would definitely choose them again.
