Awesome experience with The Steam Police. The online scheduling system is really nice and once you schedule a cleaning you receive follow-up emails and text reminders about your appointment.
The day of the cleaning I received a text notifying me they would arrive shortly. Gage arrived on time, was extremely professional and polite and did a great job cleaning our carpets. They offer additional services but do not push you to use them.
Overall just a great experience and one of the best companies I've used in general when it comes to scheduling, professionalism and timeliness. Couldn't recommend them more.
