John from the Steam Police was amazing! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I was impressed from the moment he arrived with his shoe covers in hand. I'm somewhat particular about shoes being removed when people enter my home and find that I usually have to specifically request that techs bring or wear shoe coverings when they arrive, so I was pleased that John and the Steam Police were proactively prepared to respect the cleanliness of our home.
We hired the Steam Police to clean the entire upstairs carpet in our new home - three bedrooms, a hallway, and some stairs. John explained everything he was going to do and made some specific recommendations based on what he saw, which I agreed to based on his thorough explanations. The service was performed quickly and very well. The carpets look great and smell amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers.
