John could not have been better! He was prompt and very courteous. Recently moved into a new home that had carpets that had seen better days upstairs. I wish I had before pictures. I am truly shocked at how clean he was able to get the hallway where the worst of it was. This was after I steam cleaned it THREE times! He got them so clean, I just may put off replacing them for longer than I was expecting! I am sold and will use them again and again! Very happy!
